Company History02.02.10

TSM was founded in 1989 by Walter Fruhwirth and Günter Boigner in Vienna. TSM specialized since then in logistics and realized projects both at home and in Western Europe. In 1995, Andreas Wergetis joined in and expanded the activities of TSM in the field of commercial monitoring. Since 1997, TSM focuses also on Eastern Europe. In 1999 Christian Gold and in 2004 Clemens Fruhwirth joined the company. TSM since then also executes international IT projects TSM persues sustainable growth in its turnover and also consulting partners. Currently, TSM has 18 consulting partners.

In April 2009, TSM celebrated its 20 years anniversary. In June 2009, Time-Sharing Management GmbH has been chosen as new company name with TSM Business & Logistics Consulting as the consulting services brand.
