Since the establishment of the enterprise “Time-Sharing Management GmbH.” (TSM) in the year 1989 logistics was the heart of our business advisory activities. Procurement, Storage, Distribution and Disposal were the main topics and the challenges, which our customers raised towards us. Flexible and various solutions for different needs were developed and based on the experience of many years we were able to develop an integrated solution portfolio.

The turbulences in the world economy during the past years and months changed the needs of our customers fundamentally and together with that the topics, with which we see ourselves confronted today. Problems in enterprises now and in future are not to be solved in an isolated scope and outside of an overall context, but require an integrative and over all solution. These new requirements led us to the development of the term of "information logistics “. We have determined that information also has to be procured exactly the same way as goods and material. It has to be stored, distributed and in the end disposed.

Our conclusion is that corporate policy always deals with the treatment of business cases, which are triggered by various internal and external entities (customer, supplier, authorities, investor, employees, management, owner, etc.).

An effective organization is the one, which does the CORRECT THINGS. An efficient organization is that one, which does the THINGS CORRECTLY. One of these characteristics to reach is comparatively simple; to achieve both simultaneously requires a collective view in particular of processes, personnel resources and technical infrastructure to the manipulation of information as well as financial- and material flow. This way of acting requires that decision making is anticipatory and available in time when needed.
